What I do with your details.
Plain English. No tracking pixels, no analytics that follow you elsewhere, no selling your details to anyone.
What I collect, and why
When you fill in the audit form on the home page, I collect: your name, your business name, your postcode, your email, your website (if you enter one), and any notes you write. I collect these because I need them to write you a useful audit and email it to you.
I do not collect anything you have not typed in. There are no advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics on this site as of 5 May 2026.
How long I keep it
Your form submission is held for 30 days in a secure database, after which it is automatically deleted. Your email address is added to my contacts only if you specifically ask to be kept in touch. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as we work together plus seven years after that, which is the period UK tax law requires for business records.
Who sees it
Just me. I do not pass your details to anyone else. The technical sub-processors who help me run this site and send emails are listed below. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and processes form submissions. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend sends the email I write to you. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold on you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it altogether. Just email hello@no11.studio and I will sort it within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I would prefer you tell me first so I can put it right, but it is your right.
Lawful basis
I rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) when you submit the form, and on legitimate interest for any follow-up I do to research your audit. If we work together later, I rely on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies as of 5 May 2026, beyond what your browser holds for the page itself. There is no tracking, no preference cookie, nothing. If that ever changes I will update this page and explain why.
Who I am, formally
No. 11 is the trading name of Matthew, a sole trader based in Wanstead, London E11. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. For data protection enquiries, write to hello@no11.studio.
