What I do with your details.
Plain English. Nothing is measured until you say yes, nothing follows you to another website, and your details are never sold to anyone.
What I collect, and why
When you fill in a form on this site, whether that is the audit request, the contact form or the enquiry box on the home page, I collect what you type into it: your name, your business name and town, what your business does, your email address, and where you have given them, your phone number, your website and any notes you write. I collect these because I need them to write you a useful audit, or to answer your enquiry, and to email you back.
I do not collect anything you have not typed in. There is no advertising tracker and no Facebook pixel on this site. There is measurement, and only if you agree to it: see cookies and measurement below.
How long I keep it
Your form submission is held for 30 days in a secure database, after which it is automatically deleted. Your email address is added to my contacts only if you specifically ask to be kept in touch. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as we work together plus seven years after that, which is the period UK tax law requires for business records.
Who sees it
Just me. I do not pass your details to anyone else. The technical sub-processors who help me run this site and send emails are listed below. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and processes form submissions. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend sends the email I write to you. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold on you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it altogether. Just email hello@no11.studio and I will sort it within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. I would prefer you tell me first so I can put it right, but it is your right.
Lawful basis
I rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) when you submit the form, and on legitimate interest for any follow-up I do to research your audit. If we work together later, I rely on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).
Cookies and measurement
The first time you arrive, this site asks whether it may measure how the site is used. If you say no, nothing is loaded and nothing is set, and the site behaves exactly as it would have done. If you say yes, two things run:

Both are set by the companies named, not by me, and neither is used for advertising. I look at them to work out which pages are worth rewriting.
You can change your mind whenever you like.
Separately from all of that, your answer to the question above is kept in your own browser, so the site does not have to ask again on every page. It is not a cookie, it stays on your device, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
