A marketing studio for Wanstead

We mostly walk.

A studio of one, helping independent businesses on the High Street get found, get calls, and get reviewed.

From No. 11, Wanstead · E11

Section 01

Three jobs, done well, every month.

01

Be findable on Google.

Most of your weekday breakfast covers will come from someone Googling "breakfast Wanstead" on the High Street. I make sure the result they find points squarely at you, with a website that loads fast, a Google profile that is filled in properly, and the right structured data behind the scenes.

02

Be the answer in AI search.

More people every month are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for places to eat, drink, and shop in Wanstead. The businesses these tools recommend are the ones with clear, well-written answers to the questions people ask. I write those answers and put them where the assistants can read them.

03

Be reviewed without asking.

Reviews compound. A small QR card on the counter, a polite post-visit email, and steady upkeep of your responses lifts your average rating and your review count without ever feeling pushy to your customers. Most of my clients add 50 to 100 reviews in their first six months.

Section 02, the free audit

A six-page review of how you appear online.

Six pages, posted through your letterbox if you are local. Three things you could fix yourself this week, three things I would do for you. No follow-up unless you ask. Within 48 hours.

If you do not have a website, leave this blank. That is often part of the picture.

Be the answer.

When someone asks Google, ChatGPT, or a friend.

Section 03, frequently asked

Sensible questions, sensible answers.

What does No. 11 actually do?

I help independent businesses across East London (E11, E18, E7, E17 mostly) get found by people searching for what they sell. That usually means a small fast website, a properly set up Google Business Profile, content the search engines and AI assistants can read, and ads when they make sense. Three monthly tiers, fixed prices, no surprise invoices.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. It takes me about an hour to put together for any business in the area. I do it because the audit is honest about three things you could fix yourself this week, alongside three things I would do for you if you wanted a hand. Some people read it, do the free fixes, and never get in touch again. That is fine.

How long does the audit take to arrive?

Within 48 hours of you filling in the form. Sometimes faster. I read your form properly, walk past your shop where I can, and write the audit by hand. It is six pages, posted through your letterbox if you are local or emailed otherwise.

How much does it cost if I want to work together?

Three monthly tiers. Foundation is £497 setup and £197 a month, for getting found and getting calls. Growth is £997 setup and £497 a month, for adding paid ads and steady content. Scale is £1,997 setup and £897 a month, for multi-channel work. Ad spend is paid by you direct to Google or Meta, never marked up. Thirty days notice either side.

What if I already have a website?

The audit looks at the one you have, and the recommendations work either way. If your site is holding you back, I will say so and we can rebuild it as part of an engagement. If it is fine, it stays. Most existing sites need polishing, not replacing.

How will I know it is working?

You get a monthly report by email on the first of every month: profile views, calls, direction requests, where people found you, what they searched. Plain English, no dashboards to log into. Quarterly I also check whether ChatGPT and Perplexity surface you for the searches that matter.

Where are you based, and how far do you travel?

Wanstead High Street, E11. I work mostly with businesses I can walk to: E11, E18, E7, E17 and the streets in between. Snaresbrook, South Woodford, Leytonstone, Forest Gate, Walthamstow. Further afield only if it really makes sense.

Will I be tied into a long contract?

No. Monthly retainers run on 30 days notice from either side. If something is not working, you should be able to leave easily. The website and your Google Business Profile stay yours regardless.

Can I see examples of work?

I can share two or three case studies on a call, with permission from the businesses involved. I do not publish a public portfolio because most of the work is behind the scenes (Google profiles, schema markup, ad campaigns) and screenshots of those tell you very little.

Section 04

Have a coffee with me.

If you would rather skip the audit and just talk, I keep a few slots open each week. Forty-five minutes, somewhere on the High Street, your shout for the coffees.
